Last updated 26 September 2026. LinkLift is a technology marketplace connecting riders and shippers with independent, licensed transport operators. By using the app or website you agree to these terms.

Bookings and fares

• Fares are shown before booking. Intercity and scheduled fares are fixed; city fares may include a surge that never exceeds the legal cap. The final fare may change only if the trip is materially longer than quoted.
• Seat bookings never exceed a vehicle's registered capacity. A pickup OTP must be shared with the driver to start a trip.
• Cancellation: free before a driver is assigned and within 2 minutes after; a small fee applies later. Driver cancellations are refunded in full.

Safety

Only commercially permitted vehicles and verified drivers operate on LinkLift. Use the in-app SOS or call 112 in an emergency. Abusive behaviour, intoxication or unsafe driving leads to removal.

Goods and parcels

Shippers declare contents truthfully. Prohibited items (cash, liquor, gas, fuel, weapons, live animals, illegal goods) are refused. Liability is limited to the declared value up to ₹5,000 unless transit insurance is bought. E-way bills are the shipper's responsibility.

Driver partners

Partners are independent operators, keep at least 80 % of every fare, pay the subscription or commission shown in the app, and must keep documents valid. Ratings, acceptance rate and compliance affect dispatch priority.

General

LinkLift may update these terms with notice in the app. Disputes go first to our grievance officer, then to courts in Patna, Bihar.
