No minimum for part loads on pickups and tempos. Trucks quote per kg above 500 kg or full-vehicle.
Do I need an e-way bill?
Consignments above the GST threshold need one — the shipper is responsible; the app reminds you and stores the number.
Is my cargo insured?
Photo proof and a liability limit are standard; transit insurance from a partner can be added at booking.
