Which cities does LinkLift cover?+
We launch in Patna with three corridors: Patna–Muzaffarpur, Patna–Darbhanga and Patna–Gaya/Bodh Gaya, then the 13 districts opened to aggregators by the Bihar Transport Department.
Is seat sharing safe?+
Every driver and vehicle is KYC-verified with a commercial (yellow-plate) permit, police verification and insurance. Trips have live tracking, trip sharing, an SOS button to our 24×7 control room and a women-only option.
How is the fare decided?+
Fares are fixed upfront for intercity and scheduled rides. City rides may carry a small surge that is capped well below the legal 2× limit. Every fare shows its full breakdown, including GST.
Can I pay cash?+
Yes. UPI, cards and cash are all accepted. Scheduled and group bookings take a small advance.
What does a driver pay LinkLift?+
A flat daily or monthly pass, or a commission of at most 12 % per ride. Drivers receive at least 80 % of every fare, paid out daily by UPI.
Can I send goods?+
Yes — part loads and full loads on pickups, mini-trucks and trucks, and small parcels in vehicles already travelling your route. Prohibited items (cash, liquor, gas, weapons) are not carried.
